What to include in a briquette enquiry

Tell us whether you need a full pallet or a different number of packs, and provide the delivery address. Compare total weight, pack count and transport cost between offers. Ask us to confirm availability for your preferred date. A larger stock is practical only when suitable dry storage is available; a displayed pallet price does not mean that every enquiry must be for a full pallet.

How to compare pellet offers

A pallet price alone does not show the cost of an equivalent quantity of fuel. Ask for the bag weight, number of bags and total pallet weight in the quotation. Then compare the same weight including transport. Pellet diameter and the appliance manufacturer’s fuel requirements also matter. The word Premium is not a substitute for documentation for the specific product or batch.

Net volume and order quantity

A 40-litre net is a convenient ordering and carrying unit, but it should not automatically be treated as a fixed weight or a volume of tightly stacked logs. Compare offers using the same units, and check the wood species, log length and number of nets. These details also help establish whether the logs fit the firebox and the available storage space.
