Order form
Choosing and storing RUF briquettes
Check whether your appliance manual permits wood briquettes. Compare equivalent quantities: the page lists 10 kg packs and 960 kg pallets. Prepare a dry storage space and protect packs from moisture and damage.
Ordering and delivery
Send an enquiry through the page form or email info@ecokute.ee. Include product, quantity, address and phone. Agree availability, the total charge including transport, delivery timing and unloading. Ask about delivery in Narva, Ida-Virumaa or elsewhere in Estonia.
What to include in a briquette enquiry
Tell us whether you need a full pallet or a different number of packs, and provide the delivery address. Compare total weight, pack count and transport cost between offers. Ask us to confirm availability for your preferred date. A larger stock is practical only when suitable dry storage is available; a displayed pallet price does not mean that every enquiry must be for a full pallet.
Receiving and storing your order
Compare the delivered pack count with the agreed order and check that the packaging is intact. Prepare a space protected from rain and moisture from the ground. Leave the packs accessible so that taking one pack does not require moving the whole stock. Follow the appliance instructions for each fuel load, rather than treating one pack as a recommended load.
