How do I place an order?
Send the product, quantity and delivery address through the form, by phone or email.

How is delivery priced?
Delivery depends on the address and order quantity and is confirmed before the order is accepted.

Do you deliver only in Narva?
We serve Narva and Ida-Virumaa; delivery elsewhere in Estonia can be requested separately.

Does fuel need dry storage?
Yes. Pellets and briquettes especially need dry storage; firewood should be protected from rain and ventilated.

How do I choose between pellets and briquettes?
Start with the appliance manual. Pellets require a suitable pellet feed system, while briquettes are for manually loaded appliances where the manufacturer permits them.

What if I do not know how much fuel I need?
Tell us about the building and previous consumption if known. There is no single universal quantity for every home.

Can I ask only for a quotation?
Yes. A quotation request does not oblige you to order.
