Choose the product and quantity
Choose briquettes, pellets, firewood, charcoal or firelighters. Specify packs, nets or pallets. Confirm pellet diameter, or log length and wood species for firewood. Describe the intended use if you need help choosing.

Use the product form, email info@ecokute.ee or call +372 5880 3535. Include the town, full address, phone number and preferred time. For business orders, add the company name and billing details.
Narva, Ida-Virumaa and across Estonia
You can enquire about delivery to Narva, Narva-Jõesuu, Sillamäe, Jõhvi, Kohtla-Järve and other parts of Estonia. The website states daily delivery hours of 08:00–22:00. The exact date and time are agreed separately; this is not a same-day delivery guarantee.

Access and unloading
Describe narrow entrances, gates, soft ground, stairs or other access restrictions. Agree the unloading point and any assistance required. Do not assume that transport includes carrying goods into a cellar, indoors or upstairs without confirmation.
Confirm the quotation
Check availability, delivery contents, product price, transport charge and date. Agree the payment method and any collection arrangements before ordering. Submitting the form does not itself confirm payment or reserve a delivery slot.
What to include in your enquiry
Provide the product, quantity, town and full address, access details and phone number. For example: “I would like 10 nets of 40-litre firewood delivered to Narva. The vehicle can reach the gate. Please confirm the total cost and earliest delivery date.” This is an example enquiry, not a minimum order or a promise of availability.
Checklist before confirming your order
- Product name, quantity and unit of measurement.
- Goods price, transport cost and agreed extra services.
- Exact delivery address, contact person and agreed time window.
- Vehicle access, unloading point and moving the goods afterwards.
Before confirming, also clarify how the invoice will be provided and when and how payment is due.
